I bet you that "mystery codex" between Tau and Eldar is going to be vanilla marines.

Oh and the GW design team are aware of the tyranid nerf, so phil kelly is going to do the new codex sooner rather than later to fix it. The fact that he's writing it makes it 100 times more awesome
. A bit worried that that probably means he won't be doing the new eldar codex, but i'll just have to wait and see what will come off that

You know this little speach of yours reminds me of the one you gave prior the 40k 6th ed launch and you were waxing lyrical about how broken nids were going to be come in the new edition, then when it did come out you were mourning about the nid nerf.
I wouldnt count my chikens before they're hatched as you may get a Tomb King treatment, pretty and shiny on the outside, still sucks on the inside.

But in storm of magic, you can ally or be allied with anyone. That's more than i can say lol
Tomb kings aren't that bad in my opinion. Granted they're definitely no high elves or skaven, but they're no beastmen either.
I just think tyranids need a little buff for the extra shooting in the game, the lack of assaulting from reserves and the deduction in cover saves (all things i completely agree with rules-wise, bear in mind). Before i know it tau will be getting a new codex and blowing the living crap out of me from turn 1, so i need something more lol
