Wow, that is from the first edition of 40k. So they would have been made sometime between 1987 and 1993. It should say somewhere on the box, or underneath the bases when exactly they were made

They were released in 1989, product code RTB07, 7th box set Citadel ever produced, second plastic set after Space Marines.
