Change the second sentence to “On a roll of 2-6, add

also, the BA Blood Lance has been FAQ'd, and in the best way possible

Either there's absolutely no confusion with the book, or it's a sign of a new release.

Either way, the update only seemed to nerf more than anything so it's not a bad thing to not have an faq for it

Not displeased with the Necron FAQ to be honest as I wouldnt abuse the scarab hive rules anyway. And yea when i saw yesterday there was no Tau FAQ first thing i thought is that they are getting a new army book, so why bother. By that logic though Eldar players shouldnt be so excited about getting any army book this year seeing as you got an FAQ.
