IMO those models are on the good side of tabletop quality nothing more.
Basic colours and washes, together with an unfinished base, and great big mould lines is what makes it tabletop. There is no evidence of any advance techniques.
In saying that however a photo doesnt always do justice to the paintjob, best seen in person.
